Shannon Fischer proudly serves as the 2026 Board Chair for the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and is a true pillar of our community. Her dedication to helping others is unmatched, and she continuously supports and uplifts businesses and organizations throughout Seminole County and across Central Florida.
In her professional role as Sales & Entertainment Manager for the St. Johns River Ship Co., Shannon creates unforgettable experiences aboard the beautiful Rivership “Barbara-Lee”, bringing people together through meaningful celebrations and events.
Originally from Michigan, Shannon loves soaking in the Florida sunshine—especially during our beautiful winters—spending time at the beach, and making lasting memories with her four incredible children, family, and friends. 💙 We are incredibly grateful for her leadership, compassion, and commitment to making the Sanford Chamber and our entire community a better place to live, work, and thrive. ✨

A dedicated leader with a true passion for people, Marieliz is known for going above and beyond in everything she does—especially in support of our Chamber and local business community.
As Chair of the Chamber’s Events Committee, Marieliz is all-in from inception to completion, helping bring each event to life with excellence, energy, and heart—creating memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and build community. In addition to her leadership, Marieliz is deeply committed to empowering others through financial wellness education, guiding professionals and their teams on topics ranging from basic banking and budgeting to second chance checking accounts and investing.
