City of Sanford Volunteer Recognition Program
In recognition of Volunteer Month held in April, the City will honor volunteers nominated by local non-profit agencies, who selflessly make Sanford such a great City. The recognition presentation will take place at the start of the City Commission Meeting located at City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue on April 26 at 7PM. Organizations are invited to nominate one volunteer.
Criteria:
- Nominations are made by a 501c (3) non-profit organization operating in the City of Sanford.
- The volunteer has served a minimum of 100 hours in the past year, significantly impacting our community.
- The volunteer has continuously served the organization as a volunteer for at least three years.
- No payment has been made for any of the services provided by the volunteer.
Please return your nomination form to communicate@sanfordfl.gov by April 5.
