Riverwalk Trail and Roadway Project

New Traffic Pattern Shift/Road Closure on Seminole Blvd.

Begins Tuesday, November 3

Beginning Tuesday November 3, the traffic pattern on Seminole Boulevard will shift eastward from Rachelle Avenue to Mangoustine Avenue. Visitors to the Central Florida Zoo, residents of The Preserves, Venetian Bay and Regatta Shores will have no access to the east and will have to enter and exit westward to Monroe Road (CR15/17-92).

Seminole Boulevard will be closed between Rachelle Avenue (Regatta Shores) and Mangoustine Avenue.

Residents of Lake Monroe Apartments will have to enter and exit from Marbella Lane to SR 46 (W. 1st Street). This traffic pattern will last approximately 5 weeks.

All traffic to the Central Florida Zoo, Walnut Crest Run, Monroe View Trail and Rachelle Avenue to enter and exit from Monroe Road (CR15/17-92). Tractor-trailers ignoring the road-closed signs ahead will not be able to turn around. Please be patient and follow the detours.

Thank you.
